Honey Crystal Almonds

2 cups whole almonds
¼ cup Burleson's Pure Honey
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup raw sugar (Sugar in the Raw recommended)

Place almonds evenly on un-greased baking pan and place in cold oven. Turn oven to 350°F. Bake almonds for 18 to 20 minutes or until almonds begin to smell toasted, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, heat honey and butter to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add almonds, stir to coat. Simmer 2 minutes.

Spray rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Spread almonds in a single layer on the baking sheet to cool slightly. Sprinkle with sugar; toss to coat. Cool completely before serving. Makes about 8 servings.
