Sore Throat Relief. Let a teaspoon of honey melt in the back of the mouth and trickle down the throat. Eases inflamed raw tissues.

1 large ripe pear
1 tablespoon butter or margarine (optional)
1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Slice pear in half; remove seeds and core. Place cut side up on piece of aluminum foil. Top with butter, honey, nuts and cinnamon. Seal foil tightly; place on hot grill for 15 minutes or until the pear yields to pressure when squeezed through the foil. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
