Sore Throat Relief. Let a teaspoon of honey melt in the back of the mouth and trickle down the throat. Eases inflamed raw tissues.

Honey-Orange Glazed Carrots

2 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Burleson's Clover Honey
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Steam carrots or cook in water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain. Gently stir in honey, butter, and orange peel.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
