Honey-Roasted Pork Tenderloins

2 boneless pork tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
1/4 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place pork tenderloins on a lightly greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Combine honey, mustard, pepper, thyme, and salt. Brush about half the mixture on the pork. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake 15-30 minutes more or until pork is no longer pink in center. Let rest 5 minutes. Cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices.
