Sore Throat Relief. Let a teaspoon of honey melt in the back of the mouth and trickle down the throat. Eases inflamed raw tissues.

8 lb. beef roast (eye of round), partially frozen and thinly sliced
1 large bottle (20 oz) soy sauce (Hubert prefers Kikkoman)
8 to 10 shakes Worcestershire sauce (about 2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/2 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey

Place sliced beef in large bowl. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over beef. Allow beef to marinate for 15 minutes. Remove beef and place on dehydrator trays. Dry at about 125 F for 5 to 7 hours or until dehydrated, turning after 3 hours.
