Sore Throat Relief. Let a teaspoon of honey melt in the back of the mouth and trickle down the throat. Eases inflamed raw tissues.

Migraine. Use a dessertspoon of honey dissolved in half a glass of warm water. Sip at start of attack. If necessary repeat in 20 minutes.


Soon-To-Be-Famous Salad with Honey-Mustard Dressing

Make this flavor-filled salad for your family throughout the fall season and throughout the year.

Salad:
1 bag (10 oz.) romaine lettuce blend or European-style salad greens (6 cups)
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 Braeburn apple, cored and sliced
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Honey Mustard Dressing:
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Burleson’s Pure Clover Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

In large salad bowl, combine salad ingredients. In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
