Chicken Fajitas

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
In a zippered plastic bag, combine honey, lemon juice, cumin, salt and cayenne. Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours, turning to coat as possible. Grill chicken over medium-hot heat or under broiler on foil-lined pan, basting with marinade, for 5-8 minutes per side or until cooked but not dried out. Makes 4 servings. Serving suggestion: Wrap chicken in flour tortillas and serve with avocado slices or guacamole and hot sauce.
