1 cup Burleson's Pure Honey
2 egg whites
Measure honey in a 1-cup glass measure. Microwave at 50% power for 30 to 60 seconds or until warm.
Meanwhile, in a large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add warmed honey to eggwhites, beating continuously until mixture is fluffy.
Makes enough to fill and frost a 2-layer 9-inch cake.
