Fruit Sandwich

¼ cup chopped prunes
¼ cup chopped figs
¼ cup chopped dates
¼ cup Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tablespoon candied ginger
1 teaspoon orange peel
2 to 3 teaspoons butter or margarine, softened
2 pieces of bread

In small bowl, combine prunes, figs, dates, honey, ginger and orange peel. Spread butter on bread, then top with fruit-honey mixture to make a sandwich. Makes 1 serving.
