Ginger Topping	Print this Recipe

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey

Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth. Makes about 1 c. Serving suggestion: Use to top cakes, spread on fruit/nut breads or with fresh fruit.
