2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
2/3 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/4 c. lemon juice

Use mixer to blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve with sliced apples. Makes about 1 c. Serving suggestion: Serve with tart apples, sliced.
