Holiday Nutcracker Sweets

1 box (16 oz) graham crackers (any flavor), broken in pieces
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margerine
3/4 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey
2-1/2 cups Sunshine Country Pecan Pieces, Walnut Nuggets, or Sliced Almonds
Place 1/5 of the graham crackers (about 27 crackers) in a single layer in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Microwave butter in microwave-safe glass measure on high for 1 minute. Stir in honey; microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Drizzle about 1/4 cup of the sauce over the crackers; brush with a pastry brush to cover evenly, if desired. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to wire rack to cool. Repeat 4 times to use the rest of the crackers, sauce, and nuts. Store in airtight container.
Makes 10 dozen Nutcracker Sweets.
