Hot-Honey Ahi

4 4-oz. ahi tuna steaks, about 3/4-inch thick
1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. wasabi paste (more to taste)
1 c. sesame seeds

In large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce and wasabi. Add tuna steaks and marinate, covered in refrigerator, for 1 hour. Place sesame seeds in a bowl big enough to contain one tuna steak at a time. Roll steaks in seeds until coated. Grill steaks on high heat for 1 minute per side or until tuna is seared on the outside but still pink on the inside. Makes 4 servings.
