Raspberry Coulis	Print this Recipe

2 pint baskets fresh raspberries
2 tsp. Burleson's Pure Honey
¼ c. orange juice

Combine berries, juice and honey in a blender or food processor and puree until very smooth. Strain through fine-mesh sieve or strainer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Use to top fresh peach halves or apple slices.
