Southern-Style Honey BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
In small saucepan over medium-high heat, cook and stir onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes to blend flavors. Brush on beef, chicken or pork during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, reheat and pass remaining sauce.
Makes about 1 cup sauce.
