Sweet Chickadee	Print this Recipe

8 chicken thighs
8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried or fresh basil
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Place chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Mix soy sauce, catsup, honey, corn oil and garlic in a bowl and brush mixture on top of chicken. Bake uncovered in 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven, basting frequently, for about 1 hour or until fork tender.
