Sweet 'n Hot Tartines	Print this Recipe

1 c. fresh ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
2 Tbs. jarred jalapeno slices, chopped
4 crusty rolls, cut in half lengthwise

Combine cheese, honey and jalapeno. Spread over halves of bread and serve. Can also be lightly broiled before serving. Wonderful sliced into "fingers" as hors d'oeuvres.
