Tangy Honey Barbecue Sauce

1 cup catsup
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar
1/3 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 or 3 dashes bottled hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Brush on beef, chicken or pork during the last 10 minutes of grilling. If desired, reheat and pass remaining sauce.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups sauce.
