Yummy Custard Cups

2 c. milk, warmed
3 medium eggs
1/3 c. Burleson's Pure Honey
½ tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Gather enough ceramic coffee mugs or Pyrex custard cups to accommodate 3 cups of liquid, and set them all in a deep baking dish. Mix all ingredients and pour equally into the mugs or cups.
Place the baking dish into the oven and carefully pour boiling water into the baking dish so the water is about level with the custard in the cups. Bake in preheated 325°F. oven for 40 minutes. Test doneness by inserting a knife in the center of the cup. If it comes out clean, the custard is done.
Remove carefully from oven and cool cups on a wire rack. Serve warm or chilled. Store covered cups in the refrigerator.
