6 - 8 skinless chicken thighs 1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 Tbs. sesame oil 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, minced 6 garlic cloves, minced 1 bunch green onion, chopped
Pierce thighs with fork. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate chicken, refrigerated, for several hours or overnight in a covered container or plastic bag. Remove from marinade and bake in 325 degrees fahrenheit oven, turning and basting until done. Also great on the grill.
