6 sweet potatoes, peeled 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1-1/2 c. crushed pineapple, lightly drained
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Melt butter in large skillet and brown the potatoes on all sides. Add honey and pineapple to skillet. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender, turning occasionally. Makes 6-8 servings.
