1 cup apple juice 3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger 1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey ΒΌ teaspoon ground ginger
In a small saucepan, place ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving suggestion: Serve warm over bread pudding, or chill and serve over fresh fruit.
