½ cup toasted nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.) 2 cups low-fat milk 3 ripe apricots, pitted and chopped or 6 dried apricots, chopped 2 tablespoons Burleson's Pure Honey ½ to 1 cup ice cubes
Place nuts in blender container; pulse until finely ground. Add milk, apricots and honey; pulse until smooth. Add ice; pulse until smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
