2 tablespoons canola oil 1-1/2 cups finely chopped onion 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup Burleson's Clover Honey
In small saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, swirling to coat pan. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is translucent. Stir in vinegar and honey. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Developed for Herb-Rubbed Pork Loin.)
