2 cups quick oats 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
In medium bowl, stir together oats, bananas, vanilla and honey until well-combined.
Shape into balls, about the size of a walnut. Roll in coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
Makes about 12 servings. (Can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days.) Keep plenty on-hand for instant energy!
