1 quart fresh strawberries or raspberries, rinsed and stemmed Juice of 1 lemon 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey ¼ teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Place strawberries in a blender container, pulse until smooth. Pour mixture through a strainer to remove seeds. Pour strained strawberries into small bowl; add remaining ingredients. Whisk together. Makes about 1 ½ cups dressing.
Serving Suggestion: Drizzle this dressing over fresh salad greens for a delightful summer salad.
