1-1/2 Tbs. cornstarch 2 Tbs. water 2 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey 1 16-oz. bag frozen blueberries
In small saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in water then mix in honey. Add 2 c. of berries and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens. Add remaining berries and continue to cook until mixture is uniformly thickened and all berries are warm. Makes about 1 1/4 c. Serving suggestion: Serve over pancakes, waffles or ice cream.
