3 squares (3 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate 6 Tbs. milk 3 eggs 3/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/3 c. maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. walnut or pecan pieces
Slowly heat chocolate and milk over a very low heat in small saucepan until chocolate is creamy. Remove from heat. Beat eggs with honey, syrup and vanilla, then beat in cooled chocolate and milk. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into oiled or coated 9" X 13" baking pan. Bake in preheated 300 degrees fahrenheit oven for 25 minutes. Cool in the pan, then cut into squares. Makes 18 brownies.
