2 c. soft-cooked rice (brown, white or Arborio) 2 c. milk ¼ c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs c. raisins (optional) ground cinnamon
Combine ingredients well and pour into greased baking dish; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated 325°F. oven for 30 - 45 minutes or until pudding is set.
