2 Tbs. vegetable oil 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch slices 1 c. celery, sliced 1 c. broccoli flowerets 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
Heat oils and stir-fry squash, celery, broccoli, onion, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine honey and lemon in a small bowl and pour over vegetables, tossing to coat. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
