½ cup toasted unsalted cashews 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, divided 1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey ½ to 1 cup ice cubes
Place cashews in blender container; pulse until finely ground. Add 1 cup pineapple juice; blend until smooth. Add remaining juice, honey and ice; blend 30 seconds more. Makes 2 servings.
