4 large chicken breast halves, bone-in, skin on 1/2 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. toasted sesame oil Salt and pepper
Generously pierce chicken breasts with fork or cut 2 slashes across each breast. In a zippered plastic bag, combine honey, soy sauce, oil, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts, turning well to coat chicken. Refrigerate 8 hours. Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit Pour marinade into a saucepan and set aside. Place chicken on a rimmed metal baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake 20-25 minutes or until chicken is just firm to the touch. Before serving, bring marinade to a brisk boil for one minute and drizzle over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
