8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat ingredients together until smooth. Makes about 1 c.
Serving suggestion: Use as filling for sandwich cookies or spread on graham crackers and scones.
