1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Burleson's Pure Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 flat vanilla, chocolate, coconut or butter cookies of your choice
Place cream cheese, cocoa, honey, vanilla in food processor container; pulse until smooth. Spoon about 1 tablespoon onto the bottom of 1 cookie and top with another. Refrigerate until serving time. Makes 1 dozen sandwich cookies.
