For 8 Servings: 1-1/2 cups sour cream or light sour cream 1/2 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey Juice of 1 medium lemon (5 teaspoons) Juice of 1 medium lime (5 teaspoons) 1 teaspoon grated orange peel or zest 2 cups green seedless grapes 2 cups red seedless grapes
For 4 Servings: 3/4 cup sour cream or light sour cream 1/4 cup Burleson's Pure Clover Honey Juice of 1/2 medium lemon (2-1/2 teaspoons) Juice of 1/2 medium lime (2-1/2 teaspoons) 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel or zest 1 cup green seedless grapes 1 cup red seedless grapes
In small bowl, whisk together sour cream, honey, juices and orange peel; set aside. Rinse grapes and remove stems. Layer 1/4 cup green grapes in each dessert cup or stemmed wine glass. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of honey mixture over top. Garnish with additional grated orange peel, if desired.
Makes 4 or 8 servings.
