2 pkgs chicken tenders (approx 2 lbs) 1/2 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons curry powder 3 large cloves garlic, minced 1 cup Burleson's Clover Honey 1 teaspoon salt Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a heavy duty resealable plastic bag. Add chicken pieces. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate. (We recommend marinating overnight for best flavor.) Weave chicken tenders onto wooden skewers which have been soaked in water for 30 minutes.
To Broil: Preheat broiler. Place skewered chicken on broiler rack and broil for 6-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn occasionally and baste with additional marinade while broiling.
To Grill: Grill over hot coals for 5-7 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink. Baste with additional marinade when grilling.
Makes 12-24 appetizer servings; enough for 6-8 people.
