Easter Ham with Honey-Apricot Sauce

1 5-lb. fully-cooked ham
1 cup Burleson's Honey Spread
1 can (15 oz) apricots in heavy syrup, drained
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 green onions, finely chopped

In blender container, place Burleson's Honey Spread, apricots and mustard; pulse until smooth. Pour into medium saucepan; cook over medium heat just until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat; stir in green onions.

Meanwhile, bake ham according to package directions until heated through (about 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees). Brush ham with sauce during last 30 minutes. Serve with additional sauce.
