1 Earl Grey tea bag 2 tsp. Burleson's Pure Honey 1 cinnamon stick, 4 inches long 3/4 c. boiling water 3/4 ounces cognac or brandy
Steep the tea in a mug of boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove the tea bag and add the honey, using the cinnamon stick to stir it in. Add cognac or brandy, leaving cinnamon stick in the c. as garnish and flavor. Makes 1 serving.
