Lemonade Honey Dressing: ¼ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed ¼ cup Burleson's honey ½ teaspoon poppy seeds Dash salt
Salad: 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved 2 cups watermelon cubes 2 medium nectarines or peeled peaches, sliced thinly 2 medium pears, cubed
In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the dressing ingredients; shake well.
In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad: toss gently to coat.
Makes 16 ½-cup servings.
Ingredient Substitutions: Use fruit that is plentiful and in season for this recipe; any favorite fruit will work. Use other flavors of frozen concentrate for new dressing combinations. Try orange juice, raspberry juice, cranberry juice, or tropical fruit juice.
