Here's a great way to serve one of Texas' favorite summer fruits! Make this ice cream topping when peaches are at their peak.
1/2 cup Burleson's Clover honey 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons brandy or peach flavored brandy 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (4 or 5 peaches)
Combine Burleson's Honey and cinnamon in small saucepan; mix well. Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until flavors are blended. Stir in brandy. Pour over peaches and gently stir to coat. Refrigerate until serving time. serve over ice cream, pancakes or waffles.
Makes about 2 cups sauce.
