3 cups buttermilk Pioneer Brand Biscuit & Baking Mix 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed) 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons Burleson's Clover Honey 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, stir together Pioneer Biscuit & Baking Mix, parsley and thyme. In 2-cup glass measure, combine sour cream, milk and Burleson's Clover Honey; stir into biscuit and baking mix mixture until dough forms a ball. Turn out onto surface dusted with flour. Knead 8 times. Place in 8x8x2-inch pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into 9 or 12 squares. Drizzle with butter. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cover loosely; keep warm until serving time or reheat as needed.
Makes 9 or 12 biscuits.
