1/4 cup Burleson's Honey 3 tablespoons water 1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard 12 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground gloves 1 fully cooked ham steak (about 12 to 16 ounces) Fresh sage leaves for garnish (optional)
Combine honey, water and spices in small bowl. On top rack of preheated oven broiler, broil ham steak on both sides until lightly browned and thoroughly heated. Or, pan-fry ham steak on both sides in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Place ham on heated serving dish; set aside. Add honey mixture to pan drippings and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring. Brush sauce over ham; serve remaining sauce separately. Garnish with fresh sage leaves, if desired.
