1 16-oz. can solid pack pumpkin 1 c. low-fat evaporated milk, 3/4 c. Burleson's Pure Honey 3 slightly beaten eggs 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 frozen deep-dish pastry shell
Beat together first 8 ingredients until blended. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the pie comes out clean. Top with whipped cream.
