Make this flavor-filled salad throughout the holiday season.
Salad: 1 bag (10 oz) romaine lettuce blend or European-style salad greens (6 cups) 1 Braeburn apple, cored and sliced 1 cup alfalfa sprouts 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Honey Mustard Dressing: 1/4 cup Burleson's Clover Honey 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
In large salad bowl, combine salad ingredients. In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.
Makes 6 servings.
