Granola is great for snacking or for breakfast. We've also used this tasty granola to make our Campsite Dessert.
1-1/2 cups old fashioned oats or multi-grain oat cereal 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup Burleson's Clover Honey 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
In
medium bowl, stir together oats, walnuts and wheat germ. In small bowl,
stir together Burlesons Honey and oil; stir into oat mixture. Pour into a 13x9
-inch baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake in a
300-degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after 12
minutes. Remove from oven; cool. Store in a tightly sealed container.
Makes about 4 cups.
