6 bananas, just ripe 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice ¼ cup Burleson's honey
Peel bananas; place in shallow baking dish. (Bananas with skins still tipped with green work best.) Melt butter; combine with lemon juice and Burleson's honey. Brush mixture on bananas coating well. Bake at 325º for 15 minutes or until warm and well glazed.
