1 5-to-6 lb canned ham, sliced Whole cloves 1/4 cup Burleson's Honey 2 tbsp prepared mustard 2 tsp minced onion 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp lemon peel 1/8 tsp ginger
Tie ham securely with string around sides and over top and bottom. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Press cloves in rows on ham slices. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Mix Burleson's Honey, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon peel and ginger together. Spread over top and sides of ham. Bake in 350-degree oven about 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Remove string before serving.
Yield: 12-15 servings
