1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 bag (10-1/2 oz) marshmallows 1/2 cup Burleson's Clover Honey 16 cups popped popcorn Candy cinnamon hearts, raisins, etc. (optional)
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt butter on High for 45 seconds. Stir in marshmallows; heat on High for 1-1/2 minutes; stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in honey until well combined. Add popcorn, stirring to coat. Spray nonstick vegetable spray on inside of Honey Bear mold and on your (clean) hands. Firmly press about 1 cup crispy mixture into Honey Bear molds. Tap molds onto waxed paper to release molded Honey Bear. Decorate as desired.
Makes 10-12 Honey Bears.
