Honey-Ginger Squash

Print this Recipe
1½ c. cooked Acorn or Butternut squash, hot
1 tbs. Burleson's Pure Honey
1 tbs. fresh ginger, grated
juice of ½ a lemon
1 tbs. butter (optional)

Mash the squash flesh and mix in the ginger. Add honey and lemon, adjusting amounts to your taste. Can be served topped with butter. Makes great leftovers if it's not all gone!
