Marinade 2 tablespoons soy sauce or orange juice 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 Rock Cornish hen
Glaze 2 tablespoons Burleson's Clover Honey 2 tablespoons plum jelly 1 tablespoon vinegar
Stir together marinade ingredients; pour into resealable plastic bag. Add Cornish hen; seal bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning every 30 minutes. Remove hen from marinade; place in greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir together glaze ingredients; microwave on High for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds. Brush over hen. Bake 15 minutes more, basting with marinade every 5 minutes, or until hens are done and juices run clear. Cut in half.
